Delivered live online across four consecutive weeks, with weekly two-hour executive sessions combining structured instruction, institutional case studies, quantified business-case workshops and facilitated executive discussion. Week 2 — The Business Case: Revenue, Cost and Strategic Position

  • Banks: custody, tokenised deposits, treasury, trade finance and programmable settlement.
  • PSPs: settlement displacement, real-time cross-border payouts, embedded wallets and merchant acquiring.
  • Asset managers: tokenised cash-equivalents, on-chain treasury and stablecoin-denominated funds.
  • Fintechs: B2B corridors, gig-economy and contractor payouts, treasury yield and DeFi-adjacent opportunities.
